Computer-aided Drug Design, Biochemistry, AWKUM.
This blog will be used for providing content for new students who are joining Computer-aided drug design. Because most of the students have a biological background and they are only literate to the computer.
But here in CADD, we use complex software to perform different analyses in order to complete our research study. with the increasing popularity among the students of Biochemistry, now many young students want to go into Bioinformatics research. Because wet-lab needs state of the art laboratory and equipment to carry out desired research. due to the low budget and poor economy of the country, our labs are not properly established and lack chemical resources, as a result, they face problems when they plan to do research.
On the other hand here, in our lab, our computers are capable of performing high throughput analyses due to their integrated GPUs. Now we are expanding our expertise, young researchers have many options to choose the best field they desire and are passionate about.
